Inclusions
Arrive Siem Reap. Transfer to your hotel. Then visit Angkor Wat – one of the world’s wonder. End the day with the climb to the summit of Bakheng Mountain to view a spectacular sunset. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Morning: visit Angkor Thom - the great city of the ancient Khmer empire. The visit includes: the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Elephant Terrace and Leper King Terrace. Afternoon: Explore Prasat Kravan, Banteay Kdei, Srah Srang and continue exploring the picturesque Ta Prohm that had nearly disappeared into the jungle and remains overgrown, an oddly haunting and exotic scene. The magnificent roots of a tree, pushing between the huge stone blocks of the temple in a sort of embrace, evoke feelings that a visitor may remember forever. Overnight in Siem Reap (B)
After breakfast, enjoy a drive to the Kulen Mountain of 70km from the town. Climb the mountain then visit the great waterfall and an ancient stream carved with thousand of lingams, god and deities of Hindu on the bed of the stream of more than a thousand year ago. Then visit an old Buda statue carved, lie reclining, on a giant mountain rock. Climb down the mountain and visit to Banteay Srei. Banteay Srei is the birthplace of Khmer classical style architecture. This is a small temple but its carvings are so impressive. It is nearly everyone’s favorite’s site.
Overnight in Seim Reap (B)
Morning enjoy a 1 and ½ hour boat ride on Tonle Sap lake to visit the fishing floating villages that complete with schools, hospital, restaurants, Karaoke and the floating crocodile farm. Afternoon visit the silk farm and Le Artisan d’Angkor where disable people are trained the skills for carving, painting and weaving. Overnight in Siem Reap (B)
Today is free at leisure or visit the local market for shopping for the souvenir back home until time for transfer to airport for departure flight. End of service. (B)
